Tips and Suggestions
Taking Erik’s Challenge is very easy, but we have some tips and suggestions for you here to make sure that you get the most out of the experience:
You can take the challenge at any time of day, but most people find it best to do in the evening so that you can more easily reflect on events of the day
Set aside at least 15 minutes for your challenge each day so that you have time to relax and avoid distractions
Be present in the moment when answering each days questions - try not to think about your answers from earlier days as this can block the process
Don’t feel like you have to actively deal with any of your days answers straight away - this is an opportunity just to think and reflect
Remember to reflect on your 30 days of answers at the end of the challenge and see if you notice any changes in your daily patterns over that time
