Erik's Challenge

Erik’s Challenge

Erik’s Challenge is a daily exercise that can help people from all walks of life get to know themselves better.

It is a simple process that involves asking yourself the same questions on a daily basis for at least 30 days in a row.  The goal is to answer these questions each day quickly and in your current state of your consciousness, without being influenced by any of your previous days answers.

This daily questioning of your mind and heart can help you to understand and overcome personal difficulties as well as broaden your awareness of your own consciousness. In just 30 days you will have a collection of answers to each question that can give you incredible insights into important information about yourself and your life.

This website will give you everything you need to be able to take the challenge by yourself, and we have kept the access to this site as anonymous as possible to that you can feel free to share or discuss your results and experiences with us and everybody taking Erik’s Challenge.

Start your challenge today by clicking here and be open to getting to know yourself better than ever.

Tips and Suggestions

Taking Erik’s Challenge is very easy, but we have some tips and suggestions for you here to make sure that you get the most out of the experience:

  • You can take the challenge at any time of day, but most people find it best to do in the evening so that you can more easily reflect on events of the day

  • Set aside at least 15 minutes for your challenge each day so that you have time to relax and avoid distractions

  • Be present in the moment when answering each days questions - try not to think about your answers from earlier days as this can block the process

  • Don’t feel like you have to actively deal with any of your days answers straight away - this is an opportunity just to think and reflect

  • Remember to reflect on your 30 days of answers at the end of the challenge and see if you notice any changes in your daily patterns over that time

The Idea

The original idea for this website was to make Erik’s Challenge available to anyone who might be interested in trying it for themselves. For those of us who have completed Erik’s Challenge it was also to be able to share our experiences and feedback with others who understand the process.

Because Erik’s Challenge deals with a lot of personal information we have also focused on making sure it is anonymous for those who want to remain private but still share their Challenge experience.

This allows for a global community of people sharing, motivating and helping each other on their journey of personal growth and development.
